About

Your primary goal over the next few weeks is to workout 5x/week. Amplify is a fitness program designed to increase your strength, mobility, stability, metabolism, energy, and mood! You will have a workout plan 5 days/week, including my live or recorded fitness classes 3x/week. You can access them anytime on the Amplify video channel and have an extra week to record them in your program calendar. You do not have to do the exact suggested workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This can be a 15-20 minute walk (count it as a step completed!). Modify as you need to, but please take at least 15 minutes of YOU time with purposeful movement and record it. I did create the program purposefully, to progress your fitness, and any workout counts! The recording of each class will be linked in the calendar. You can change the days you do a class as well. There are no suggested workouts on the weekends so you can use that time to catch up on any workouts you missed and check the boxes then. You will have access to the program workout videos until September 1st, so you can come back to them even after Amplify has officially ended!
