For 6 weeks, you’ll follow a plan that you don’t have to create- I’ve done that for you based on my 30+ years of experience. My focus for this program: To create more energy, vitality, and well-being in your body and in your life. Your commitment is to start- to get in motion each day. You will intentionally direct your mind and consistently connect with people you care about. We generate more energy and brain benefits through moving our muscles, and create more joy and possibility through directed thought and consistent connection! 💪 6 workouts per week Two 30-minute Strength videos with me, two 30-minute Cardio Interval videos with me, and two “choose-your-own” days (yoga, walks, etc.) Each one is designed to build strength, stamina, and stability without burnout. Consistency is the key! 🧘♀️ Daily Meditation & Visualization Simple, powerful practices to help you reset your mind, manage stress, and stay present during the busiest season of the year. 🤝 Intentional Connection Reach out to one person each day - a small act that can profoundly lift your energy, mood, and resilience. 🎯 Your Wild Card Habit Hydration? Sleep? Screen time? Choose any one area to elevate and see how small, consistent shifts can change everything. 📝 Weekly Journal Prompts Reflect, refocus, and celebrate progress, because awareness builds motivation. And yes, it’s all tracked inside your private 42 Days portal with checkboxes, encouragement, and progress tracking to keep you accountable.
