Welcome to the Get a Better Butt Challenge! This series consists of exercises that recruit the muscles around your hips to both strengthen and sculpt your backside! When your glutes function better, not only do you look better, but you move better and can feel better. Dedicate 20-30 minutes each day for the next week to work with me and bring your ease of humor so you have some fun! Over the next 6 days, you get access to one video each day, plus the introduction video (PLEASE watch it!) One day is for REST! You get to choose the day, you will have access to the videos you have already completed for the rest of the 7 days. Once you have completed your challenge you will have the opportunity to continue with them, unlock some new ones, and get access to a workout plan for 30 days! More on that later, for now, just start with Step 1 and watch the intro video before your first workout. It doesn't matter what shape you are in to start, just start! You are in charge and you can take breaks, just Start Where You Are. ❤️
