I will create and lead every workout, bringing decades of knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively. Recorded Workout Classes 3 days/week: Access the recording at a time that suits you. Flexibility meets structure to keep you on track. Kick off the week with a new Bodyweight or Fitness Band workout. Access your workout videos that require little or no equipment. Elevate your heart rate with Cardio Sculpt, a faster-paced interval workout designed to challenge your endurance and strength. Finish the week strong with Muscle Conditioning, a dedicated strength-building session, focusing on improving muscle tone. Daily Agenda & Accountability: You’ll receive a calendar with links to access the recordings. For Tuesday and Thursday, there is a suggested walk/jog workout for you to complete on your own. Track your progress with easy-to-check boxes that keep you accountable. Whether you’re a morning person or prefer to work out in the evening, Elevate! gives you the flexibility to make the program work for your schedule and keep you on pace to get and stay in shape!
