This class offers purposeful movement and awakening of your muscles and mind.  Functional movements to generate a stronger body, greater balance, and a deeper connection to the way you move.

This is a higher-intensity class involving weights to do intervals of strength and cardio.  You can adjust the moves to fit your level while you sweat, sculpt, and energize your body!
