Cardio Sculpt Wed 9am est

Challenge yourself with intervals of strength and cardio moves to create a positive impact on your health and happiness. We move through class quickly, keeping the heart rate up. For all levels, options to increase or decrease intensity are provided. Consists primarily of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. 30-minutes.

Muscle Conditioning Fri 9am est

Strength training is a necessity. We put this time to use to create stronger muscles and bones while improving your metabolic health. This one adds 15-minutes of floor core work. Equipment varies: bodyweight, dumbbells, booty band, or tubing.  45-minutes.
