Work out with me to improve your mobility, stability, strength, tone, and stamina while having fun!
Energy is born when you stimulate changes at the cellular level that improve your brain and your ability to circulate oxygen and nutrients while metabolizing the byproducts of stress. We get stronger, leaner, and better in every area of our lives when we consistently show up for our fitness!
Step out of a random workout routine and into a consistent, purposeful one, using my 30 years as an Exercise Physiologist and Fitness Professional to guide you. Hint: Strength is a cornerstone of health, especially as we age.
Here is how it works:

Each series is 4 weeks followed by a one-week break. Join me for one part or the full 12 weeks, it is up to you!
Part 1 runs from 8/14-9/8.
Part 2 is from 9/18-10/13,
Part 3 is from 10/23-11/17.
The 3rd series is complete the week before Thanksgiving, so you will be in the best position to finish the year feeling fit, healthy, and strong!

You can sign up now for Hybrid Sculpt 1 (the first 4 weeks) or the entire series (Hybrid Sculpt 1, 2, & 3). You will also be able to sign up for Hybrid Sculpt 2 & 3 individually.
What you are signing up for:

Each week I go live MWF at 9:00 am ET for our workout classes via Zoom and they are recorded as videos. (Monday and Friday class is 45 minutes, Wednesday class is 30 minutes.) You simply book the class from your program calendar and are sent a link via email to join the Zoom class. The videos are posted to your private Hybrid Sculpt fitness channel where you can access them anytime. *Note: There are a few days that there will not be a live class, but there will be a recorded workout in its place.

A program calendar that includes checkboxes for completing your workouts, email reminders to complete your workouts, and suggested cardio workouts for two additional days (for a total of 5 workouts/week). The link to the recorded class of the day will be right in the calendar for easy access.

Check your boxes, keep yourself on track, do the workouts on your schedule if mine doesn’t work for you, and make progress towards your fitness goals!

Access to the recorded workouts for 3 months after the program is completed, so you can revisit the workouts or catch up on any you missed.

There will be badges and prizes throughout the series to make it more FUN!!
Most importantly, you have the opportunity to show up for yourself, your health, and your next level of fitness.

August 14-September 8
A complete workout plan to build your mobility, stability, strength, and stamina with this mix of workouts designed from my 30 years of teaching experience. The side effects include better sleep, confidence, and energy. You don’t have to create your own plan, you just have to decide that you are going to do this and show up!
A fitness program in an online, interactive program calendar.
3 days/week of live virtual classes taught by me. (These are recorded for playback on your schedule.) You workout at your pace in your home, both with and without weights, building strength and stamina!
2 days/week suggested workouts on your own.
A calendar with checkboxes and reminders to complete each step.
A community of people doing this with you!
