It is well established that muscle loss accelerates as we age if we are sedentary. The problem with muscle loss is a decrease in metabolism, immune function, mood, mobility, and bone density.  Essentially, if you want to stay healthy and happy, you’ve got to get stronger and stay there.

 

It can be challenging to come up with a workout program and stick to it, so let’s do it together!
