Lesson 1: Set Yourself Up for Success!
Here is a calendar with the activities for you to check off each day.
A journal, My Fitness Pal, a spreadsheet... you choose the thing that works for you. You must keep track and create a way to log what you do. Otherwise, you won't remember and you won't be as engaged, I promise. After teaching hundreds of students through behavior change projects I have learned that without tracking, we have no accountability.
You do not have to do the suggested exercises or days off as laid out, it is a template of sorts for you to use, tweak, rearrange, or adjust. Make it your experience, just track what you do for the next 8 weeks.
